Unhurried and free. What you have, what's at risk, and what you'd like to end up with.

You get it in writing
An itemized estimate in plain language. Nothing begins until you've read it and said yes.

Intake, item by item
Everything is counted, labeled and condition-noted the day it arrives — and you keep that inventory.

In my custody
Where each item is and what has been done to it is tracked while it's here. Nothing is shipped away.

Updates while it's open
You hear from me during the work. If something is damaged or surprising, you decide what happens next.

Checked before it's finished
Files are reviewed and finished pieces inspected before anything comes to you.

Your originals come home
Every item is checked back against the intake list and returned with the finished work.

Drop off locally or arrange a pickup by appointment. Your collection stays here in Beaufort County on my worktable — not in a warehouse, not in a shipping container, not overseas.
Timing is agreed with you for your project before work begins. If you're working toward a date that can't move, tell me and we'll plan around it. By appointment only.
What it costs
Preservation is priced per item. Everything else is quoted.
Preservation packages show per-item pricing right on the order form and total up a live estimate. Discovery Sessions, artwork and story work are quoted for your project after we talk, because the honest number depends on what you already have.
